The screaming monkey slingshot (also known around the web as the "woot monkey") has become something of a phenomenom over the past year. There have been other animals built on the same concept but none have been quite as successful as the monkey version. The screaming slingshot monkey is a toy monkey (in this case dressed up like a super hero monkey) that doubles as a slingshot. There are pockets inside the monkey’s hands to put your fingers inside and you can pull back on his rear legs and this monkey will stretch to unbelievable lengths and become a slingshot. the technical details. Once the monkey is let loose it will emit a scream as it’s flying through the air. The monkey will also scream upon landing if it lands hard enough. The screaming monkey slingshot measures 11" tall with it’s arms at it’s sides and also comes with an attached cape to simulate real flying action! The screaming monkey slingshot is most definitely a toy for the big kids out there as the screaming factor tends to terrify the little ones and the slingshot factor seems to get most of the middle sized ones in trouble.
