The Uncle Milton Homestar is another toy in celebration of Earth day which is upcoming this week, not to mention the phenominal deal that I found on this one! The Uncle Milton Homestar is perfect for any young astronomer or aspiring astronaut! This machine sets up in any room and rotates star field projections on the ceiling! The machine comes with two hi resolution disks that have different starfields on each and the projector has different angles of projection so it is adjustable for any room! The projector can display up to 10,000 stars on any wall or ceiling at a time! The projector also comes with an AC adapter as well as the option for battery use so you can easily move

the projector to other rooms without worrying about wires! The projector also has a timer so image rotation can be set up automatically and there is also a random streaking meteor option on the projector so your child can make a wish on their own "shooting star" every night! This Homestar Optical Star Planetarium measures 6.9" x 8.9" x 9.3" and weighs 2.8lbs. This "toy" is recommended for children aged 10 and up; however, if kept out of reach this is the perfect entertainment for younger children as well, heck it’s a great thing for the entire family to enjoy! The Uncle Milton Homestar Optical Star Planetarium is available from quite a few online stores, I have not been out and about looking for toys similar to this one yet so I can’t recommend a local store for this one; however, Amazon currently has an amazing Earth Day sale going on with some of their Earth related toys and you can pick this one up for only $90 instead of the MSRP of $299.99! |

This is very cool and for some reason I thought it was going to be way expensive. But alas this is something I can get as a gift.

This is very cool. Actually, I’d love to throw an ‘earth day’ party with something like this. Thanks for finding and reviewing it!

Wow, this looks like so much fun! Who needs a home theater room in your house when you have this? This is great for people like me who live in the city and don’t get to enjoy the full view of the stars, planets, etc due to all the lights.
