Discovery Exclusive Remote Control Moon In My Room

The Discovery Exclusive Remote Control Moon In My Room is the ideal "toy" for any child who isn’t quite comfortable with being alone in the dark…heck i’m not comfortable with being alone in the dark! This one is also great for kids who love astronomy or for kids who just want a unique and interactive night light. The Discovery Exclusive Remote Control Moon In My Room is produced by the Discovery Channel and brings a real life moon to your child’s room. The moon has a built in sensor which turns the moon on when it is dark and it rotates through the twelve lunar phases to give different levels of illumination as with the real moon and it

comes with a remote control so your child can control the light from the moon by controlling phases! This moon also has true to life moonscaping with craters and ripples all delicately designed on the moons face. The moon itself hangs perfectly on the wall at three different angles so you and your child can pick the angle that is best for their room. The Discovery Exclusive Remote Control Moon In My Room also includes a calendar with moon phases charted on it, an audio cd with a guided tour to the moon and detailed instructions so you don’t have any trouble installing it. This moon is recommended for children aged 6 and up and weighs 2 pounds. The moon measures 10"L x 10"W x 3"H and requires four AA batteries and two AAA batteries which are not included! While this one is made in China I recommend it for learning value and for the simple fact that this one is going no where near anyone’s mouth!

You will notice that you are no longer able to find Discovery stores in malls, this is because a year or so ago the company shut down all retail locations; however, you can still find this product on Amazon or by shopping directly from the Discovery Store online!
