If you have an animal lover in your home then the WowWee Alive Plush Robotic Toy’s are a great choice come gifting time! The WowWee Alive Lion Cub featured above has to be my favorite of all of the robotic plush toys they have because it really is the cutest. The lion cub has realistic fur with realistic markings and when he is petted he responds to your touch. The lion cub will open and close his eyes and mouth and he makes realistic lion cub noises. The lion cub will go in to sleep mode when he’s left for more than five minutes, snoring for five minutes before powering himself down so you don’t have to worry about draining batteries or those noisy

toys that go on forever (anyone remember that dog that yip and flip and just go on forever?) This realistic lion cub will respond to being picked up by the scruff of his neck just like a real lion cub will do and his legs will go limp. The lion cub comes with a birth certificate and measures 16" long. The lion cub is powered by 4 "AA" batteries which are included with him on purchase and he is recommended for children ages 3 yrs+
You can find the WowWee Alive toys at your local mega toystore, or if you store is not yet carrying the WowWee Alive robotic toys you can grab yours over at Amazon.com!

The screaming monkey slingshot (also known around the web as the "woot monkey") has become something of a phenomenom over the past year. There have been other animals built on the same concept but none have been quite as successful as the monkey version. The screaming slingshot monkey is a toy monkey (in this case dressed up like a super hero monkey) that doubles as a slingshot. There are pockets inside the monkey’s hands to put your fingers inside and you can pull back on his rear legs and this monkey will stretch to unbelievable lengths and become a slingshot. The stretching is all down to rubber; however it’s more fun without

the technical details. Once the monkey is let loose it will emit a scream as it’s flying through the air. The monkey will also scream upon landing if it lands hard enough. The screaming monkey slingshot measures 11" tall with it’s arms at it’s sides and also comes with an attached cape to simulate real flying action!
The screaming monkey slingshot is most definitely a toy for the big kids out there as the screaming factor tends to terrify the little ones and the slingshot factor seems to get most of the middle sized ones in trouble. You can find the Screaming Monkey Slingshot online at ThinkGeek.com or at other online retailers; however I have yet to see them in physical stores to date.
