    The Ultimate Fire Station

Not just perfect for a fire fighters child the Ultimate Fire Station is more than just a unisex dollhouse! This toy firehouse comes with amazing detail painted in to every nook and cranny. Made from sturdy wood and painted in bright vibrant colors this 5 alarm firehouse even has a little silver bell by the front door to signal to the firemen that it’s time to run out to put out the fire! The Ultimate Fire Station is large enough to allow for group play from all sides, no one has to "scoot over" so someone else can fit in to play since this open plan fire house has access from all angles! The Ultimate Fire Station comes with three firefighters that are poseable, it also comes

with a helipad and helicopter, an ambulance, a firetruck and 22 other pieces of furniture including a dog and doghouse, a full bathroom set and a full living room set including tv! Everything shown in the picture is included with the firehouse (except the little boy of course!). The Ultimate Fire Station assembles in 30 minutes and measures 30"l x 17½"w x 25"h. This firehouse is recommended for children ages 3yrs+ and weighs 30lbs.

      Slice and Bake Cookie Set

      September 14th, 2008 by admin
      Slice and Bake Cookie Set

Pretend Play is an extremely important part of any child’s upbringing; however, when it comes to pretend food play I’d much rather take the Slice and Bake Cookie Set over the Easy Bake Oven set. The reason? Well the Slice and Bake cookie set is all pretend food, while the Easy Bake Oven sets encourage children to eat and overeat sweets and junk. I am not naiive enough to believe that children won’t eat sweets but I do believe that it’s not something they should be given free access to because we all know how gluttonous children can be when it comes to "forbidden food". The Slice and Bake cookie set comes with 12 cookies and 18 different colorful toppings for

the cookies, all of which are made from wood! This set also includes a cookie sheet, a kitchen mitt, a spatula and a play knife. This cookie baking set is recommended for children ages 3yrs+ and would make a great addition to any pretend play kitchen or restaurant!

You can find the Slice and Bake Cookie Set over at BacktoBasicsToys.com!.

Treehouse Playset by Melissa & Doug

        September 4th, 2008 by admin
Treehouse Playset by Melissa & Doug

I have featured a play treehouse on Kidazy before; however when I found the Melissa and Doug treehouse I just couldn’t help but share it because although it is similar to the last treehouse I featured it isn’t exactly the same and it comes with a tree! Can you believe that? This amazing treehouse is surrounded by enough greenery to make it look like a treehouse but not so much that it’s impossible to play with without snapping off pieces of "tree". This cute multi-level treehouse includes two individual play figures to keep the treehouse busy. The terehouse also contains a relaxing hammock for sleeping, a swing on the porch, a table and two chairs! The

treehouse also contains a trapdoor so figures can move to different levels of the treehouse and it also contains pulley operated systems to make this treehouse more like the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse! The treehouse measures 35" x 27" x42" and is recommended for children ages 3yrs+.

You can find the Melissa and Doug Treehouse Playset over at Kazoo Toys, you can also find this treehouse at most stores that carry Melissa and Doug products!

Educo - My First Tool Set

          August 10th, 2008 by admin
Educo - My First Tool Set

I have previously featured a big name toolbench; however, when I ran across the Educo My First Tool Set today I had to share with the Kidazy community because not only is it absolutely adorable but it also comes to you courtesy of an environmentally conscious company. Hape is a company that researches and produces child safe toys by collaborating with child-focussed organizations. The My First Tool Set is ideal for young builders and mechanics and comes with 39 individual pieces! The unit itself is in three levels and can be used on either the table or the floor. The tool bench comes with slots all over the table that hold the tools and the wood in place

so things don’t go flying all over the place. The My First Tool Set tool bench measures 15.75" L x 8.25" W x 15.75"H and is recommended for children ages 3-8yrs.

You can find the Educo My First Tool Set tool bench over at Amazon.com for just under $40!
