I have noticed lately that all of the educational toys I tend to post tend to be for much younger children; however, the importance of education doesn’t simply go away with age so I picked today’s toy just for parents of older children who have a hunger for knowledge! The Nap Circuits Jr is a set which has received the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval, and two Dr. Toy awards for best toy! This set contains more than 30-snap together pieces and builds over 100 different projects that are outlined in an illustrated manual! Each of the projects for this set involve building electrical circuits to complete things such as burglar alarms and doorbells!

The pieces of this electrical set clip together easily and the pictures in the instruction manual are in color to help with ease of assembly. There are no other tools required for this kit other than what is included in the set. The only thing you will need to get aside from the set is 2 AA batteries! This cricuit building set is recommended for children aged 8-12yrs.

As you can tell by now I am a huge fan of educational toys, especially those that teach history and geography.
