I love trolling ETSY for great new kids products because they’re all handmade and such novel ideas! The Tie dye Giraffe Sockett Puppet from Electrickzoo over at ETSY really caught my eye not only because it’s so cute but also because it’s such a fun toy to play with! Electrickzoo also has a dragon, unicorn, zebra, fox, dog, lion, donkey, mouse, gargoyle, duck and cat puppets available too! The giraffe sock puppet aka Sweet Potato the Giraffe Sockett (sock puppet) is a tie die sock puppet with big fun felt ears, a soft plush mane and a felt mouth and the ears and mane are machine sewn to give them durability! Everyone remembers spinning tops from their childhood and to be honest I think that the revival of classic childhood toys is a wonderful thing. Children are getting too wrapped up in video games and forgetting to spend a little time growing up with non-electronic toys that help in education as well as development. Having a collection of something is an important part of being a kid and the guys over at Back to Basics Toys have a great set of toys that make amazing collectibles for any child!
